I am a current college student in the process of earning my undergraduate degree in Mathematics. I am in my second year of studies at Amherst college, and I am also considering adding an additional major of either Black Studies or Psychology. I love the subject of Math, and I also love helping others learn. I have experience working as a tutor and also helping many of my fellow college students complete their homework, most often in Math. I tutor many subjects, but Math courses are my specialty. I can tutor any Math course from elementary Math to Calculus I, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Precalculus. I like to tutor Math, because while some students find it challenging, I believe that anyone can excel in Math courses when concepts are explained in a way that they can understand. For this reason, I will explain a new Math concept or how to solve a new Math problem in many different ways until I find the method that a student finally comprehends. In my free time, I love to make new friends and try new things. I also like to read, bake, watch football, and engage in craft-making.
