I am in my second year of teaching Latin at a junior high school, and I have been tutoring Latin and ancient Greek for four years, working with students ranging from middle schoolers to doctoral candidates. As someone who is extremely passionate about the ancient world, I love motivating students to fully engage with Classical languages (as well as Classical history and literature). I find it extremely gratifying when my students realize that a so-called "dead" language can actually be relevant to their lives!
